Workers Return-to-Office

As March begins, we proudly celebrate the incredible women shaping the future of the radio and audio industry.

Women’s History Month is a time to appreciate and honor the invaluable contributions of women in every aspect of society. By recognizing their achievements and advocating for equality, we foster a more inclusive and equitable world. It’s also an opportunity for businesses, communities, and individuals to uplift female leadership and commit to creating meaningful change.

At Point-To-Point Marketing, we take great pride in being a women-majority company, with powerhouse women leading critical roles in both our success and that of our clients:

  • Susan Bacich, EVP Strategy & Audience Insights – A force in every campaign, with 25+ years of impact across every market.

  • Tracy Heiden, VP/Business Operations – Constantly optimizing efficiencies and maximizing opportunities for our clients.

  • Krystal Spencer – Driving innovative social and digital strategies for dozens of stations.

  • Shari Bundschuh – Overseeing all things research and data analysis.

  • The Perfection Team: Karen Briggette Jones, Sarah Castellucio, Jennifer Fishbein, and Sharel Cameron – Ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from start to finish.

  • Angi LeClair – Crafting brilliant designs and creative artwork for some of the biggest campaigns.

Personally, my own journey in this industry wouldn’t have been possible without Carolyn Gilbert, founder, owner, and “Supreme High Priestess” at NuVooDoo. At just 17, after completing a 20-minute Critical Mass Media perceptual interview for a station in Buffalo, CG met me at a vending machine, bought me a $0.50 Sprite, and thanked me for a great call. That small moment hooked me on this industry for life.
